Synopsis:
The episode opens with Alpha-Q giving Scorponok a gift. It is a picture of Megatron! Tidal Wave is still getting carried to Scorponok. Scorponok tells him they need his services and that he has no choice in the matter.
Carlos is still searching for Cyclonus and Tidal Wave. He cannot find them. He did find a comet flying and it disappears in front of him!
Optimus is showing his troops that they are mining energon on the earth. Mars station tells them that they had a disappearing comet. Inferno is taking care of monitoring the situation. Ironhide is mad that he cannot go fight. Optimus tells him that he is the commander and that he assigned Ironhide to partner with Kicker. Ironhide understands.
Kicker is talking to Mica again. Mica refuses to leave because she has made up her mind. Kicker really wants her to leave and she hangs up on him!
In Unicron, Scorponok is telling Tidal Wave that he needs his help to revive Megatron. Tidal Wave is going to help Scorponok retrieve large quantities of energon to revive Megatron!
Hot Shot shows up at the Desert City base. Mica is waiting for him and talks to Hot Shot about Kicker being worried about her. Hot Shot is speaking with the troops on Desert City what they are up against and that they nee to defend the Omnicons.
Jetfire is with Cybertron City and the Terrorcons are attacking! Kicker knows that they will hit Desert City. The Omnicons give the Autobots a spark and a weapon! Inferno lets them know that the Terrorcons are closing on Desert City. Optimus tells them that once the sky bridge opens, they are taking off.
Back to Desert City, the Terrorcons are attacking! Tidal Wave is with them and looks pumped up on energon. He tells them that he must get energon to revive Megatron! Hot Shot cannot believe he said Megatron!
Commercial Break
Back to the fight! The Autobots are destroying the Terrorcons, but like usual, the Terrorcons keep coming. Tidal Wave joins the fight and blasts everything. Hot Shot runs up to get him but Tidal Wave knocks him over. Scorponok is just standing in the sky and not fight. The Autobots are getting destroyed. Tidal Wave and the Terrorcons come into the mine and start blasting everything.
Deeper in the mine, Mica and her coworker are talking. The Omnicons are refining the energon.
Back to the action. The Terrorcons walk right over Hot Shot and get to the energon! They refine it there and take off.
Optimus, Ironhide, and Kicker show up. They try to get a hold of Hot Shot but hhe gets hit. Ironhide goes to the mine entrance with Kicker and Optimus. The blow up Terrorcons and are almost to the mine. They transform and blow up some more Terrorcons. Tidal Wave shows up and starts to fight them. Optimus send Ironhide on to find Hot Shot while he takes on Tidal Wave. Optimus tells Tidal Wave to explain himself. Tidal Wave tells him he must revive Megatron. Scorponok introduces himself to Optimus and starts blasting.
Ironhide and Kicker find Hot Shot. Ironhide and Kicker leave Hot Shot to find the humans. Terrorcons attack and Ironhide hits him with the energon weapon. He then throws the weapon but it falls apart.
Scorponok is telling the Terrorcons that he needs all the energon he can get to revive Megatron. Kicker finds Mica and the Omnicons. They are creating an energon star to revive Hot Shot. They leave out the back way and make it. Optimus is still blasting Optimus. He hits Optimus and he goes berserk. Scorponok starts to attack Ironhide and the humans. Ironhide takes on Scorponok but is no match. Ironhide realizes it is his duty to defend the humans and gets up and tells the humans to make a run for it. He gets hit and tells them to leave again. Kicker tells him to use the energon star. Strongarmgives nergon star to Ironhide and it turns into a weapon! Ironhide knocks Scorponok away but then they retreat. While retreating, Ironhide blasts them good. Tidal Wave tried to pickup an energon star and is zapped.
Back in the base, Optimus is rewarding Ironhide with the spark of combination. Optimus makes Ironhide a full-fledged member of his team.
Back at Cybertron City, Demolisher is trying to go over what Tidal Wave said about Megatron being resurrected…
Commentary:
Scorponok lives! What does Alpha-Q mean by giving Scorponok a picture of Megatron? By giving him the picture, he was able to convince Tidal Wave and Cyclonus to join his cause. With them and the Terrorcons, the Decepticons will gain enough energon to revive Megatron! When will Demolisher realize that his place is with the Decepticons again? When is Megatron going to make his debut???
