Synopsis:
The episode starts with Alexis arriving at Cybertron City. Demolisher is there to welcome her into the city. Sally runs out and they say hi. They talk about things and Alexis says she has a meeting.
Switch to Kicker. He is checking himself out in his battle suit. He says that he is ready for anything. Suddenly the alarm goes off and he races out of the room and falls on his face! There is a meeting that everyone is required to attend.
The Autobots are watching video of Tidal Wave being carried away by Terrorcons. The video was the latest transmission from Cyber City. Alexis is leading the meeting and telling everyone about the new Terrorcon threat. Optimus states that their next target is going to be the energon mines on Earth. Alexis tells him about a treaty where Transformers cannot take up arms against other Transformers on Earth. Kicker gets really mad and jumps up to Alexis. Alexis informs him that they must follow rules, they cannot organize a first strike assault. Kicker gripes some more and Optimus grabs him! Alexis tells him that they must evacuate because it is their only option. Kicker runs off and says that he will stay and fight because it is his home. Optimus agrees that he can stay behind and fight with his men. They need his ability to detect energon. Alexis and Optimus agree that the Autobots will only defend Earth.
Strongarm and Skyblast discuss if the Omnicons are going to be evacuated. Skyblast tells him they need to get back to work and Strongarm comments that he hates being a grunt.
Switch to an over view of Cybertron City where you can see everyone is evacuating. Kicker is watching his family leave and expects Alexis to explain to his mom why he is staying. Ironhide shows up behind Kicker and tells him that he is to watch over Kicker.
We see various Autobot bases on Earth and gives them the warning that they are about to be attacked, but they do not know where. He tells everyone that the humans have been deployed to safe places.
Kicker is talking to Mica. She is staying behind as well in the desert city. Kicker wants her to leave but she wont. She says that she will be ok. They are submerging Cybertron City. Ironhide is griping because he has to watch over Kicker. We cut to a scene where Optimus is getting the spark of combination that Primus gave him. Ironhide is still complaining about being low man on the totem pole and how he will never get his spark of combination. Kicker tells him he should be baby sitting him.
Cyclonus is on the moon shooting at nothing and suddenly Terrorcons start attacking! Cyclonus blasts them but they still keep coming. Optimus gets warning that they are attacking the moon and he sends Jetfire via the spacebridge. As Jetfire is about to launch, Kicker an Ironhide show up. Ironhide wants to earn his spark of combination so that he can combine with Hot Shot…. Optimus tells him no that he must stay on Earth. Jerfire tells Ironhide that he has babysitting duties. Kicker takes offense, jumps on Jetfire, and climbs in to go kick some Terrorcon butt! Jetfire whines but Optimus allows him to go. Jetfire launches and Ironhide is glad that Kicker is gone. They race off to the moon as we cut to a commercial.
BREAK
Optimus orders them to raise Cybertron city. They are activating the space bridge and Optimus,. Hot Shot and Ironhide launch. Optimus tells them he is waiting for something. The Omnicons show up with energon chips or stars to give them a boost! They launch!
Kicker and Jetfire are blasting the T
errorcons to pieces! Jetfire agrees that Kicker knows how to shoot. Kicker wants to know where Optimus is. The Divebomb Terrorcons are trying to beat Jetfire. They cannot touch him! Suddenly Optimus and crew show up and move to save the energon. They transform and land. The Terrorcons start attacking but the Autobots defend themselves. Ironhide takes off to the energon mines and depends on his energon too much. He arrives at the mine and sees other Autobots lying around dead. He opens the elevator shaft and jumps down. The Battle Ravages see him and Ironhide tries to take them out. They transformer and start beating on Ironhide with their maces.
Back to Optimus and Hot Shot and their energon stars have run out. Jetfire lands and they all go to the mines. Ironhide is destroying the terrorcons in the mines. The others show up and Ironhide tries to pick up a Terrorcon energon chip! He is knocked out and Kicker saves him from the Terrorcons. Jetfire takes off after the Terrorcons, but they get out and are gone before he can stop them. Ironhide is ok and they all warp back to earth. Ironhide is angry about messing up the mission. Hot Shot tells him it is not his fault. Kicker tells him to get over it. Optimus tells Kicker that he is to follow orders otherwise he will send him back to his mother. Kicker agrees to talk to Ironhide and proceeds to walk over and kick Ironhides in the head. Ironhide gets mad and takes off chasing Kicker. Demolisher walks up and asks what happened on the moon. Jetfire jumps into it and tells him to show a little more respect. He asks what happened to Cyclonus. They tell him that they didn’t have time to search for him, but in reality they never really looked…. Demolisher wants to go look. Optimus feels something…
Cut to Alpha-Q talking about the new Decepticon army forming. There is a burst of energy and we see Scorponok awakening! Alpha-Q says that he is the most powerful Decepticons yet and he will make short work of Optimus and the Autobots!
Commentary:
Each episode of Energon is better and better! Really cool to see the Omnicons helping out. Kind of weird that they never called the energon stars by the name of the show. They always used different names. Hopefully soon we will see some energon weapons. Oh and Scorponok at the end was awesome!!!
