Synopsis:
The episode starts showing different Terrorcons on a planet flying and running around. We then switch to Cybertron and Sally playing with a stuffed Optimus Prime. Now we see other Autobots working on the energon towers. They think that since the war is over, they don’t have to worry about attacks anymore. His buddy reminds him that an Autobot is always prepared.
In the prisons, the Decepticons are shown being locked away. They are to be locked away for Ten Thousand years. The guard tells Snowcat to release the bars but of course he does not listen and is shocked when the guard turns the energy on. Suddenly he hears a voice. It is Shockblast’s brother! The guy looks the same but in different colors. Snowcat tells him that it was Optimus that destroyed Shockblast.
In the command center, Dr. Jones is trying to celebrate but Rad is worried that Primus is not responding. Dr. Jones tells him he is probably in recovery mode and to not worry.
In the Miranda 2, Optimus is recovering in a CR chamber. Ironhide and Kicker are worried, but Omega Supreme tells him not to worry. Kicker still thinks that they war is not over and that they need to do something. Hot Shot agrees and says they need to save the planets.
On a planet, Alpha-Q is calling for Kicker to save their planets as they are completely dark.
Back in the Miranda 2, Misha discovers that even without the sun burning, the planets are still developing. Kicker reminds them that Alpha-Q is still out there as he hears a voice.
Back on Cybertron, Kicker is speaking with his dad. Dr. Jones is trying to remind Kicker that the battle is over. Kicker tells him to send his mom and Sally down to Earth at the first chance. Kicker disconnects and Ironhide asks if he senses something. Back on Cybertron, Sally is telling her dad that she will not go back. Her mother backs Dr. Jones up and tells her they are going. Suddenly Rad detects a warp gate opening and it is the Decepticons! Unfortunately, most of the Autobots are in CR chambers. Wing Saber is told of the news and takes off to check out what is going on. It is Scorponok along with Terrorcons! They attack some Autobots in the area as Starscream shows up as well. Star Scream reports in as well. Dr. Jones wants to know why Sally is so worried. She points to the screen and says look… Back to the small battle, Megatron has survived as well! Megatron tells Starscream and Scorponok that Optimus will pay as Dr. Jones, Rad, and Sally watch on. Rad reports that they are coming straight to central city. Dr. Jones tries to send Sally and her mother to the space port, but Terrorcons are there already! The Terrorcons are taking out energon towers along the route. The girls are sent under ground and Dr. Jones tells Star Saber to get back immediately. Megatron tells Starscream and Scorponok to find Snowcat and the others. As they leave, Megatron discovers that another force has merged with his power. We see Optimus waking up as we switch the the Autobots and Kicker on the Miranda 2. They are surprised to find out Megatron is still alive. Rodimus is in charge now and is going to try and stop Megatron. Kicker must stay behind with Misha to watch over the planets. Jetfire is staying behind along with Roadblock and the rest are taking the Mirada 2 at once. We once again see Optimus in the CR chamber having a vision of other robots and Primus. Optimus suddenly reawakens.
In the prison, Starscream and Scorponok are attempting to break out Snowcat. They take out the guards and other energon towers as Rad and Dr. Jones watch on. They try to activate the energon towers but they need more energon!
Elsewhere, Megatron is still trying to find the place he must go as some Autobots attack. Megatron takes out all of the Autobots who attack and also takes out some more energon towers. He is still trying to figure out where he must go. Suddenly a voice comes out and tells him he must go north.
Dr. Jones is still trying to activate Primus. They need the energon badly. Back with Misha and Jetfire, Strongarm tells them Optimus has just gone AWOL! We cut to the Miranda 2 and Kicker is still worried. Ironhide tells him that they need to find Optimus. They suddenly get a return that someone is closing fast. When they look on the sensors, they find nothing. Omega Supreme is watching out the window for something… It is Optimus! Jetfire catches up to him to figure out what he is doing. He must catch up with the Miranda 2. They continue on to the Miranda 2.
In the prison, Snowcat and the other Decepticons have been busted out. Wing Saber shows up and tells Rad and Dr. Jones that the prisoners have escaped. Deeper in Cybertron, Megatron thinks he has been brought to a dead end. The Terrorcons act like they sense something so Megatron tries to see what it is. He slashes a wall and a door opens. They proceed into a shaft and fall into a lower level of Cybertron. Megatron crashes and figures that he has arrived at the place. He walks up to a chamber and finds another level. He finds a mural that shows a history of battles between Autobots and Decepticons. He finds more warriors that have frozen solid. He fires at some device and suddenly a blue light activates. It is a new source of energon and activates the warriors! They are the 3 merge groups, 1 Autobot and 2 Decepticons. The Combiners look on as Megatron discovers the new energon. They ask him if he awakened them. He answers yes and that he should be their new master.
Commentary:
An awesome episode! It picks up right were the last collection of episodes ended. Now back on Cybertron, the Autobots must once again fight the Decepticons! Who are these new warriors found guarding the super energon? Fight out next time!
